Tax Rebate: The Checks in the Mail??

So the numbers look good.

$1200 for working couple. $300 per kid. Here's looking at $1800. But where's the small print. Will our kids be eligible is they weren't on last years taxes? Income limits? Caveats? Don't know. But I know this. A full rebat still won't cover a month of day care. Sheesh!
