Five to None

The concept is simple. Recreate the to-do list so there's less resistance as the week proceeds. I mean, most of us need all the help we can get. So I designed a system that does exactly that. The is the strength of my Five-to-None system. Actually, it's really just grade school math.

You can start you week on whichever day you want. For some that may be Saturday, for others Monday. I generally have always used the standard work week mentality -- Monday through Friday.

Day 1 - Write 5 tasks down. Cross off any that you accomplish.
Day 2 - Carry over any unfinished tasks from Day 1. Add enough as needed to total 4 tasks.
Day 3 - Carry over any unfinished tasks from Day 2. And enough as needed to total 3 tasks
Day 4 - Carry over any unfinished tasks from Day 3. And enough as needed to total 2 tasks.
Day 5 - If either of task from Day 4 is unfinished carry it over to here. If none remain, add one new task.

Repeat the process and get your stuff done...
